KERBING & EDGING
A pavement surface is only as strong as the boundary surrounding this. For some this can be through walls or fences, but for a sleek minimal design you might be interested in kerbing or edging.
Kerbing typically involves the manual placement of kerbstones or blocks such as concrete alongside the rim of a paved or natural surface. Edging can be considered similar, but for tailoring the edge of a surface rather than applying new materials manually
Lawn Edging
Garden and lawn edging is important for getting your garden to look consistent, neat and tidy. A well-trimmed and maintained lawn edge can be easily done by professionals, especially by the talented team of landscapers at JC Contracts.
We use only the finest lawn edgers and cutting tools to help create a strong finish for garden edges, helping prevent invasive weeds and enhancing the appearance of the lawn it borders.

Kerbing Stones
At JC Contracts, we use well-made and good quality kerbing stones for our outdoor area kerbing. The kerbstones used come in a selection of different materials, as well as different colours and styles.
You might opt for a natural look via large rocks or a limestone kerb, but could also rely on the strong, functional look of a concrete or brick laid kerb. Regardless of your choice, it’s bound to be a great addition to your outdoor area.
Driveway Edging
If you’ve opted for a driveway next to nearby grass, you could benefit from a strong driveway edging job. Similar to our lawn edging job, we make sure to trim and cut nearby grass so that it remains neat while also making sure it is not conducive to weed growth.
Our high quality kerbstones help create another barrier between the grass and your driveway, keeping it looking great and free of unwanted grass or weeds.
